The stroller, thus a flâneur that walks the city while describing his surroundings, is a real writer of that world in which he evolves; an individual that seizes his world and makes it transmittable for the readers. In the middle of a universe in which marginality is gaining an uncomfortable importance, Jerónimo Peor becomes the character that, whether from his insanity or his vast and misunderstood common sense, describes his place in the urban world on his own way.
